Description
1 minute a day is enough to strengthen your wrists, hands, and forearms. The GyroForce™ uses gyroscopic technology — the same used by F1 pilots and surgeons — to create progressive resistance without weights, machines, or noise.
⚙️ How Does Gyroscopic Technology Work?
Self-Generated Resistance — The Faster You Spin, The More Intense It Gets
The internal gyroscopic core generates centrifugal resistance: the faster you spin the ball with your wrist, the greater the force exerted on your muscles. You control 100% of the intensity — from gentle warm-ups to intense workouts.
4-Layer Design — Maximum Durability
Upper and lower transparent spherical shell made of durable polycarbonate, high-performance mechanical power shaft, non-slip silicone ring. Each component is designed for thousands of hours of use.
6 Usage Positions — Full Arm Workout
Work from all angles: triangular tendons, two tendons, three tendons, fingers, palm, and side of the ribs. Each position targets different muscle groups for comprehensive arm strengthening.
The Invisible Workout — In the Office, During Meetings, In the Car
The GyroForce™ is quiet and compact. Slip it into your pocket or bag and train anywhere — during a Zoom meeting, on public transport, or in front of the TV. 1 minute a day is enough for visible results in 3 weeks.
🎯 For Whom?

🏋️ Athletes
Strengthen your grip for weightlifting, climbing, tennis, or golf. Never again let your wrist give out before your muscles.
🎵 Musicians
Guitarists, pianists — improve your dexterity, endurance, and prevent tendinitis related to intensive practice.
🏥 Rehabilitation
Recommended by physiotherapists for recovery after wrist sprains or hand surgery.
▶️ How to Use the GyroForce™
Get Ready
Put the lanyard around your wrist for added safety. Start gently — don't force it from the start.
Start the Rotation
Push the rotor with your thumbs in the direction of the arrow to set it in motion. The harder you push, the faster the rotation will be.
Train
Once the sphere is spinning, rotate it from left to right, making circles with your wrist. Adjust the intensity and speed freely according to your level.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is it difficult for a beginner to use?
No. It only takes 2-3 minutes to get the hang of it. Start with slow rotations, and the resistance will naturally increase with speed. Most users master the movement from the first session.
How long should I train per day?
1 to 3 minutes per hand is enough for warm-up or rehabilitation sessions. For intensive strengthening, 5 to 10 minutes per hand 3 to 4 times a week. Results are visible within 3 weeks of regular use.
Is it noisy?
The gyroscopic mechanism produces a characteristic slight hum — no jarring or clanking noise. It is perfectly possible to use it in an open-plan office or during a meeting without disturbing others.
Can it be used for rehabilitation after an injury?
Yes, that is even one of its main uses. The gentle and progressive resistance is ideal for recovery after a wrist sprain, tendinitis, or hand surgery. Consult your doctor to validate its use in a post-operative context.
Is the lanyard mandatory?
No, but highly recommended for beginners. It prevents the ball from slipping out of your hand if you lose control of the rotation. Once you are comfortable with the movement, you can use it without the lanyard.
