Does it hurt?
No. You will feel slight tingling at the start, then a firm and regular contraction. It's surprising but never painful. We recommend always starting at level 1 and gradually increasing according to your comfort.
How long per session?
15 to 20 minutes per session is sufficient. In terms of muscle contractions, this is equivalent to approximately 1 hour of traditional exercise. Avoid using it within 2 hours of a meal.
Do the adhesive pads wear out?
Hydrogel pads are durable if properly maintained. After each session, rinse them gently with clear water and let them air dry. If adhesion decreases, replacement pads are available separately.
Can it be used every day?
Yes, but as with any muscle training, we recommend a rest day between two intense sessions on the same muscle group. Massage and Recovery modes, however, can be used daily without restriction.
Are there any contraindications?
Not recommended for people with pacemakers, pregnant women, and epileptics. Do not use on damaged or inflamed skin. Consult your doctor if in doubt.
