Description
Are your squats too easy? Do your ankles lack stability? The FitBoard™ adds a dimension of controlled instability to every exercise — forcing your body to recruit 100% of its muscle fibers.
⚖️ Why Balance Changes Everything
Steel Core
Just standing on the FitBoard™ is enough to deeply engage your abs and lower back. By doing squats or push-ups on it, you double the intensity of the exercise without adding weight.
Rehabilitation & Prevention (Proprioception)
Recommended by physiotherapists to strengthen ankle and knee ligaments. The 15° inclination angle is calibrated for effective work without the risk of sprain — ideal after a sprain.
Fluid 360° Rotation
The central pivot allows for tilting in all directions for complete work of the stabilizing muscles. No direction is favored — every session is different.
🏋️ 6 Exercises, 1 Tool
🛡️ Robust & Secure Design
"Massage" Non-Slip Grip
The 36cm surface is covered with textured studs that prevent your feet from slipping — even in socks. As a bonus, they stimulate blood circulation under the arch of the foot with each session.
Ultra-Resistant — Up to 136 kg
Made of reinforced high-density ABS plastic, the FitBoard™ supports up to 136 kg without bending or deforming. Designed to last for years of intense training.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is it difficult to use?
It's a real challenge at first! If you're a beginner, hold onto a wall or a chair during the first few uses. Progress is very rapid — most users find their balance within 2 to 3 sessions.
Can I use it with shoes?
Yes, the surface is very resistant. However, using it barefoot allows for better stimulation of the plantar nerves and more effective balance work.
Is it suitable for rehabilitation?
Absolutely. The 15° angle is the angle recommended by physiotherapists to strengthen ankle and knee ligaments after an injury, without the risk of sprain.
Can it be used on carpet or rugs?
Yes. The central pivot works on all flat surfaces — parquet, tiles, and low-pile carpet.
