Do the bands roll up on the legs during exercise?
No. The optimized width and TPE texture keep the bands in place on the skin as well as on leggings, provided they are laid flat before starting the exercise.
Can I combine several bands at the same time?
Absolutely. If the Black level becomes insufficient, layer the Red band over it to combine resistances. This is the most effective way to progress without changing equipment.
Are they suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. Start with the Green band (X-Light, 4.5 kg)—the resistance is gentle and progressive, ideal for learning proper form without risk of injury. You will naturally progress to higher levels.
I have a latex allergy—can I use them?
Yes, no problem. FlexElastic™ are made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), a 100% latex-free and hypoallergenic material. They are perfectly suitable for sensitive skin.
How do I care for them?
Wipe them with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid harsh soaps and direct sunlight. Store them in the provided carry bag to protect them and extend their lifespan.
