RunZen™ — The Complete Electric Treadmill Guide
RunZen™ — Complete Electric Treadmill Guide
Getting started, speeds, programs, and maintenance — everything you need to know to transform your home into a cardio room.
The RunZen™ is a compact and silent electric treadmill designed for home use — under a desk, in a living room, or a bedroom. With its maximum speed of 8 km/h and quiet motor, it is perfect for active walking and light cardio. This guide explains how to use it correctly and get the most out of it.
Getting Started
Starting
Place the RunZen™ on a flat, hard surface (avoid thick carpets). Plug in the power cable, attach the safety clip to your clothing, then press the start button. The treadmill always starts at the minimum speed for your safety.
Speed control
Use the + and – buttons to adjust the speed in increments of 0.5 km/h. Increase gradually — never go directly from 1 km/h to 8 km/h. Allow your body to adapt for 2-3 minutes at each new speed level.
Stopping
Gradually reduce the speed before stopping completely — never cut power abruptly while walking. After stopping, wait for the belt to be completely still before getting off. Remove the safety clip last.
Speed Guide
Slow Walk — Recovery
Ideal for warming up, active recovery after an intense session, or for people resuming activity. You can use your phone or read comfortably at this speed. Perfect for active breaks at the office.
Active Walking — Light Cardio Zone
The ideal speed to effortlessly reach your 10,000 steps. You can hold a normal conversation at this pace. This is the recommended speed for sessions under the desk during meetings or teleworking.
Fast Walking / Light Jogging — Moderate Cardio Zone
The maximum speed of the RunZen™ is 8 km/h. At this pace, your heart rate increases significantly, and you burn more calories. Ideal for short, intense cardio sessions of 20-30 minutes. It's difficult to hold a full conversation at this speed.

RunZen™ Maintenance
Belt Cleaning
Wipe the walking belt with a slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid harsh chemicals. Allow to dry completely before folding the treadmill. Never let water seep into the motor.
Monthly Lubrication
Once a month, apply a few drops of silicone oil under the walking belt (by slightly lifting the edges). This extends the life of the motor and belt. Never use motor oil or WD-40.
Storage
The RunZen™ slides under your bed or sofa thanks to its transport wheels in seconds. Thanks to the integrated transport wheels, simply slide the treadmill under your bed, sofa, or standing desk. No folding required.
