AquaGo™ — Complete Sports Water Bottle Guide

How to use time markers, sip reminders, and hydration reminders to easily reach your 1L per day.

⏱ 4 min read💧 Sport & Daily Life📅 1L/day Goal

The AquaGo™ is a 1-liter sports water bottle with time markers, graduations, and sip reminders. Designed to help you achieve your daily hydration goal without thinking about it — the time reminders printed on the bottle tell you how much you should have drunk by what time.

Time Markers — How to Read Them

07h

Wake up — Fill to 1L

Completely fill your AquaGo™ in the morning when you wake up. The first marker corresponds to 7 AM — this is your starting point. Drinking a large glass of water upon waking boosts your metabolism and rehydrates your body after the night.

12h

Noon — 1L Level

At noon, the level of your bottle should match the 1L marker. If you are above, speed up your hydration in the afternoon. If you are below, you are off to a good start. The goal is to drink 1L before noon and 1L after.

20h

Evening — Empty Bottle

By 8 PM, your bottle should be empty — you will have drunk your 1L for the day. Avoid drinking large quantities of water in the evening before sleeping so as not to disrupt your sleep. If the bottle is still half full at 8 PM, start drinking earlier the next day.

💡 Sip remindersSip reminders allow you to drink without tilting the bottle — ideal during training, at the office, or in the car. It disassembles easily for cleaning: pull it upwards and rinse it under hot water after each use.

Use According to Activity

A

During Training

Drink 500ml within 30 minutes before your session. During exercise, drink in small sips every 15-20 minutes rather than a large quantity all at once. After the session, rehydrate with 500ml in the first hour.

B

At the Office or Working from Home

Place the AquaGo™ in plain sight on your desk. Its visual presence and the time markers remind you to drink regularly. Good hydration improves concentration and reduces afternoon fatigue.

C

On the Go

The AquaGo™ is compatible with most bike bottle holders, backpacks, and cars. The leak-proof lid prevents leaks even in a sports bag. Ideal for long hikes or bike commutes with the VeloFlex™.

Maintenance

A

Daily Cleaning

Rinse the bottle with hot water every evening. Disassemble the sip reminders and clean them separately with a pipe cleaner or under hot water. Air dry with the lid open to prevent mold.

B

Weekly Cleaning

Once a week, clean with diluted white vinegar or baking soda. Let soak for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid the dishwasher, which can deform the bottle and erase the graduations.
