How does the counter work?
A magnetic sensor located under the board detects the proximity of your torso with each downward repetition. Each complete movement (down + up) increments the LCD counter. It works with AAA batteries not included.
Is it stable on tiles or hardwood floors?
Yes. The SmartPush™ comes with anti-slip silicone pads to stick under the base. It won't slide even during intense effort or with wet hands.
Are the handles sturdy?
The handles are designed to withstand high pressure and snap firmly into the board. They do not move during exercise to ensure total safety, even during intense sets.
Can beginners use it?
Absolutely. Start with the blue zone (pectorals) with short sets of 5 to 10 reps. The LCD counter helps you progress in a structured way without overdoing it. Increase zones and reps over the weeks.
Can I do exercises other than push-ups?
