Description
Why choose between push-up handles and an ab wheel when you can have both? The AbsGlide™ combines push-ups, planks, and abs in a single foldable tool that fits in a backpack.
🚀 Hybrid Innovation — Glide, Roll, Push
Total Freedom of Movement
Unlike a traditional ab wheel that locks both hands together, the AbsGlide™ is an independent pair — one handle per hand. Spread your arms for floor "flies" (pectorals), bring them in for triceps, or push them forward for abs.
4-Wheel Stability — Zero Wobble
Each handle is equipped with 4 silent rubber wheels. No more trembling wrists or tipping ab wheels. You get perfect balance to focus solely on muscle contraction.
Travel-Friendly — Folds in 1 Click
The triangular structure flattens in one click to a book format (18x18x3cm). Slip them into your backpack, suitcase, or desk drawer. Train on the go, at the hotel, or outdoors.
100% Home-Friendly
The soft rubber wheels make no noise and leave no marks on hardwood or tile floors. Work out at any time without disturbing the neighbors.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference with the AbForce™?
The AbForce™ is a single central wheel — ideal for pure ab power. The AbsGlide™ is an independent pair — ideal for combining push-ups (pectorals) and planks (abs). It's more versatile and better suited for a full upper body workout.
Does it roll well on carpets?
Yes, the 4 wheels provide good traction on all surfaces. For optimal fluidity, we recommend a hard surface (hardwood, tile) or a thin gym mat.
Does it hurt your back?
If the movement is performed correctly, no. The important thing is never to arch your lower back — keep your back flat and strongly contract your abs throughout the movement. The stability of the 4 wheels helps maintain good posture.
I'm a beginner, is it too difficult?
Start with small movements facing a wall to limit the descent. Progress week by week towards full range of motion. Progress is fast and very noticeable.
Is the knee mat included?
Yes, a high-density foam mat is included to protect your knees from the floor during exercise.
